Build a body that holds up.

Prescribed Therapeutic Exercise

Manual therapy gets you out of pain. Therapeutic exercise keeps you out. Movements prescribed for your body, your goals, and the time you actually have.

What's included

Homework You Will Actually Do

Most rehab fails for one reason: people do not do the exercises. We design programs around what your body needs and what your week looks like, so the homework fits in and gets done. No 27-exercise sheets, no guesswork.

  • Movement prescription tied to your assessment findings
  • Short, focused programs you can do in 10-15 minutes
  • Demonstration and form coaching every visit
  • Progressive loading as you adapt
  • Sport-specific movement when relevant

Why exercise matters

The Half of Recovery You Can Control

Treatment in the office is half the equation. The other half is what you do between visits. Therapeutic exercise is how the gains we make on the table become permanent.

  • Targeted, Not Generic

Programs prescribed for your specific findings, not pulled from a printout.

  • Time-Realistic

Designed around the time you have. A 10-minute program done daily beats a 45-minute one you skip.

  • Loaded Properly

Movements progressed at the right tempo, range, and load for where you are today.

  • Sport-Specific

If you train, the program reflects what your sport demands of your body.

  • Self-Management Tools

When pain flares up, you have strategies to decrease it on your own.

  • Re-Tested Regularly

We retest movement at intervals so we know what is working and what to adjust.

Phase III: Performance

Once symptoms resolve and movement is clean, the work shifts to performance. Cement the strategies, layer in load, and chase the goals you set when you walked in the door.

  • Pain Relief

Phase I work to get acute symptoms under control fast.

  • Function Restoration

Phase II patterns to reduce flare-ups and rebuild quality movement.

  • Performance

Phase III progression toward the goals you set: lift, run, play, compete.

  • Self-Sufficiency

By the end, you have a program you own and the knowledge to maintain it.

How prescription works

Built Visit by Visit

Programs evolve as you do. Here is the cadence.

  1. Step 1

    Initial Prescription

After the assessment, you receive 2-4 movements selected for your specific findings, with form cues.

  2. Step 2

    In-Session Coaching

Every treatment session ends with movement work so we know you are doing it correctly.

  3. Step 3

    Progression

Programs progress in load, range, and complexity as your tissue and motor control adapt.

Care that ends. By design.

The aim is not lifelong dependency. Once symptoms resolve and function is restored, you graduate. Some choose to come back for tune-ups. That is your call.
