Find the root cause.
Functional Movement Assessment
A thorough movement and biomechanics evaluation to discover the root of your pain. Hands-on testing, real reasoning, and a plan you can act on.
What's included
Pain Is the Symptom. We Find the Source.
Most pain is the culmination of long-standing dysfunction somewhere else in the chain. Your assessment looks at how you move as a whole system: posture, mobility, motor control, and the specific patterns connected to your symptoms.
- Hands-on movement and biomechanical evaluation
- Range of motion, strength, and stability testing
- Functional pattern analysis tied to your sport or daily life
- Diagnostic reasoning explained in plain language
- A treatment plan with frequency, duration, and at-home work

What we evaluate
Looking at the Whole Chain
Pain in your low back may start in your hip. Knee pain may track to your ankle. We test the full chain so the plan addresses what is actually driving your symptoms.
Posture & Alignment
Static and dynamic posture, how you stand, sit, and load under fatigue.
Mobility
Joint range of motion across the spine, hips, shoulders, and extremities.
Motor Control
How well you stabilize joints under load and through compound movement.
Strength Patterns
Where you compensate, what is overworked, and what is missing.
Pain Provocation
Specific tests to confirm or rule out tissue-level contributors to your symptoms.
Sport-Specific Demand
What your sport or job requires of your body and where the gap is right now.
Walking out with a plan, not a question mark
By the end of your assessment, you know what is contributing to your pain, what we can do about it, and what you can do at home. Then you decide whether to move forward.
No Referral Needed
Anyone can book directly. No physician note, no waiting on faxes.
45 Minutes, Free
Discovery visits include a thorough assessment and care plan walkthrough.
No Pressure
If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you somewhere that is.
Education First
You leave knowing what is happening and why. Not just what to do next.
How the assessment runs
From Intake to Action Plan
Discovery visits run roughly 45 minutes from intake to plan. Here is the structure.
Step 1
Intake & History
Walk through your symptoms, training history, prior treatments, and goals so we know what we are solving for.
Step 2
Movement Testing
Hands-on assessment of mobility, strength, and motor control. Specific provocation tests as needed.
Step 3
Plan & Recommendations
Diagnostic findings, treatment recommendations, frequency, duration, and at-home homework. Decide if you want to start.
Stop guessing. Start fixing.
If you have been compensating, stretching, or grinding through it for months, the assessment is the fastest path to clarity. Book the discovery visit and let's figure it out.
